📋 Description

• End-to-end handling of customer inquiries related to private pension contracts • Service-oriented communication with customers — by phone and in writing • Independent processing of policy transactions in the life insurance area • Ensuring compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) • Close collaboration within a dedicated project team • Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows • Contributing to the collaboration with our insurance partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry • Vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen) or an equivalent qualification • Enjoyment of communication and customer interaction • Strong service mindset and customer orientation • Structured and independent working style • Resilience and reliability — also during busy or dynamic periods
