📋 Description

• Support Kunumi in advancing the integration of science, technology, and partners • Ensure the strategic alignment and smooth execution of Artificial Intelligence projects throughout their entire lifecycle • Coordinate technical teams and internal and external stakeholders • Develop strategic narratives to guide decision-making • Manage interactions with partners, internal leadership, clients, and technical teams • Integrate technical discussions with Kunumi’s strategic agenda • Lead the governance and smooth execution of AI projects by creating tracking mechanisms • Analyze implications, anticipate risks, and support decision-making on AI and advanced engineering topics • Support the leadership and autonomy of technical leaders by removing barriers and facilitating processes • Mediate tensions, conflicts, disagreements, and demands from multiple stakeholders • Identify critical points, dependencies, and misalignments, proposing structured solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading complex projects in technology, product, or innovation • Ability to serve as a bridge between technical and executive teams, translating technical complexity into strategic clarity • Strong stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels, including expectation alignment and interest mediation • Proven ability to develop strategic narratives and communicate decisions to technical and non-technical audiences • Fluency in understanding technical discussions (AI or related fields) and analyzing implications and risks • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to establish tracking mechanisms, governance, and predictability • Systems thinking, analytical ability, and maturity to operate in ambiguous and evolving environments • Collaborative approach focused on empowering technical leaders and creating the conditions for the team to move forward autonomously
