📋 Description

• Define and maintain Workday security strategy, principles, and access models • Establish role-based access and data protection policies • Provide Workday security subject-matter expertise on domains, business process security, security groups, and sensitive data access • Review and approve Workday security designs and changes • Develop and operationalize HR security policies and standards for Workday and related systems • Define control requirements for security, access provisioning, approvals, and monitoring • Ensure security controls are applied across regions and business units • Lead audit and compliance activities for HR applications, including SOX, internal audit, and regulatory reviews • Review audit findings and define remediation plans • Maintain control narratives, evidence requirements, and audit artifacts • Define and oversee Joiner, Mover, Leaver access lifecycle governance • Establish periodic access review and recertification requirements • Review exception requests and risk acceptances related to Workday access • Partner with CIO, HR COE, IAM, and Compliance teams to translate security strategy into configurations and ensure Workday is a source of authority for identity and access decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data security and privacy management, preferably in Workday or other HR systems/tools • Deep knowledge of Workday security concepts, including domains, business process security, security groups, and sensitive data access • Experience operating in governance, risk, and audit-driven environments • Knowledge of security technologies, strategy and policies, and automated security access tools • Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments • Keen attention to detail • Ability to interact with departments and present reports to senior management
