📋 Description

• Administer employee benefit programs including enrollment, life events, and ongoing eligibility changes • Respond to employee inquiries about benefits policies, programs, and procedures • Process benefits-related transactions in HR systems • Coordinate with external benefits vendors and internal HR partners to resolve issues and exceptions • Support open enrollment activities, communications, system readiness, and issue resolution • Monitor benefit cases and requests through ticket or case management tools • Maintain documentation and knowledge articles related to benefits processes • Identify recurring issues or trends and share insights to support process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a Human Resources, benefits, or total rewards related role • Hands-on experience administering employee benefits or supporting benefits-related transactions • Experience using HR systems or case management tools to manage employee requests • Ability to interpret and apply benefits policies, procedures, and eligibility rules • Strong attention to detail when managing employee data and benefit records • Ability to work with confidential employee information in a compliant and professional manner • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred • Experience supporting open enrollment or large-scale benefits communications preferred • Familiarity with working directly with external benefits providers or brokers preferred • Basic knowledge of payroll or HR services preferred
