📋 Description

• Develop solutions in domains such as Security, Systems, Databases, and Networking Solutions • Design, develop, integrate, deliver, and evolve highly scalable distributed software • Integrate software with other layers and offerings • Provide functionality and solutions addressing customer needs • Collaborate with software engineers, architects, product managers, and partner teams through the agile software development lifecycle • Groom features and user stories to estimate work and identify technical risks and dependencies • Communicate risks and dependencies to project stakeholders • Drive the clearing of technical debt and vulnerabilities • Maintain currency of third-party components within the product • Coach and mentor engineers designing and implementing highly available, secure, distributed software • Troubleshoot and resolve customers’ business and technical issues • Improve service effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery through technology and technical methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of hands-on development experience combined with technical leadership • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform • Experience with Microsoft Azure • Experience with AI and agent-based workflow design • Ability to design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Power Platform solutions • Experience with Dataverse tables, plugins, and security model • Experience with Power Apps model-driven applications • Experience with Power Automate cloud-based workflows and integrations • Experience with Azure Functions • Experience with REST APIs and API Management • Experience with event-driven architecture • Experience with enterprise system integrations • Strong C# (.NET) skills for plugin and backend development • JavaScript skills for client-side customization • SQL and data modeling skills • Ability to write high-quality, efficient code • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Ability to build scalable, secure, and reliable automation solutions • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience • Certification in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) preferred • Familiarity with DevOps tools and modern software engineering practices preferred • Experience leading architectural decisions in data architecture and application architecture preferred • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers preferred
