📋 Description

• Define and govern the end-to-end approach for migrating SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams-connected file content during global tenant-to-tenant M365 consolidation • Define target-state information architecture and governance considerations • Define tenant-to-tenant ODSP migration strategy, including discovery, mapping, staging, delta moves, cutover, and post-move validation • Standardize migration tooling configuration, scheduling, throttling management, reporting, and error handling • Define runbooks for site, OneDrive, and Teams file migrations, permissions reconciliation, sharing remediation, and metadata validation • Establish and enforce migration quality gates and evidence-pack methodologies • Create exception frameworks for difficult or complex content • Define repeatable permissions and sharing parity processes • Lead escalations involving permissions, throttling, content mismatches, identities, sharing links, and Teams dependencies • Produce operational metrics covering throughput, failures, rework, blockers, and continuous improvement • Align Shared Data cutovers with Identity, Devices, and Teams readiness • Coach factory SMEs and enable scaled, repeatable delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Proven delivery of tenant-to-tenant SharePoint/OneDrive migrations at enterprise scale, evidenced • Deep SharePoint Online/OneDrive expertise, including permissions, sharing, information architecture, metadata, site templates, modern site constructs, and governance controls • Hands-on experience using ShareGate or comparable enterprise migration tooling • Ability to interpret migration logs and failure modes • Strong understanding of Teams-connected content storage patterns and Teams usage intersections with SharePoint/OneDrive • Experience building factory-ready runbooks, validation gates, and evidence packs • Strong troubleshooting capability • Experience with highly regulated or complex governance environments • Familiarity with scripting and automation using PowerShell/Graph • Knowledge of common ODSP migration pitfalls • Ability to drive standards adoption across multiple teams and regions • Clear communication of data risk and end-user impact • Ability to build trust with business content owners • Ability to coach factory SMEs • Flexibility to work within a three-shift 24x7 Factory model; mandatory shift handovers • Schedule flexibility during peak cutover windows
