• Create and lead the strategy for distributor and partner marketing initiatives • Proactively engage with distributors to design and implement programs that drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth • Serve as the primary connection between Infinite's Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams • Educate internal stakeholders on the content, tools, and information needed to accelerate growth • Own and manage the Market Development Fund (MDF), budget setting metrics, monitoring utilization, and ensuring ROI • Develop deep, strategic relationships with marketing and sales leaders at key distribution partners • Identify new tools, platforms, and opportunities to enhance partner engagement • Serve as a key member of the Infinite Marketing Leadership Team
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant channel marketing responsibility • Experience in distribution-based B2B environments, ideally in electronics, manufacturing, or technology • Strong understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing, and partner enablement strategies • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage large-scale partner marketing programs and budgets • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills • Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results and continuous optimization • MBA preferred
