📋 Description
• Support L3Harris FTI Order Management team as a provisioning specialist • Work with telecommunications industry vendors/partners to provide products or services required to fulfill program orders • Process orders, track deliveries and perform data organization and entry tasks • Collaborate with technical teams to solve problems • Liaison to telecommunication vendor provisioning teams resolving administrative and/or technical issues • Write, submit, process and coordinate all provisioning related documents
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience • Knowledge and understanding of LEC/CLEC & IXC connectivity and infrastructure • Knowledge of telecommunications carrier ordering systems and processes • Data analytical background, identifying patterns, determining root causes
