📋 Description
• Execution of divisional compliance policies in accordance with U.S. trade regulations • Providing compliance guidance to the business population • Authoring license and agreement applications • Managing license recordkeeping requirements • Reviewing department export authorizations for accuracy • Implementing adherence to Corporate Trade policies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience • In lieu of a degree, 10 years of prior related experience in Trade Compliance • Knowledge of U.S. trade regulations (ITAR and EAR) • Experience with customs compliance requirements
