📋 Description
• Develop and execute subcontract strategies • Lead negotiations to establish subcontract agreements • Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Identify potential risks associated with subcontracting activities • Conduct regular reviews and audits
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant subcontracts experience • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related subcontracts experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related subcontracts experience • Knowledge of supply chain management • experience interpreting program management, engineering and supplier demands
