📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end management of strategic programs, from planning through delivery • Define and align scope with executive stakeholders, ensuring clarity of objectives • Manage critical dependencies, timelines, and milestones, ensuring execution excellence • Oversee financial, contractual, and operational commitments of projects • Monitor performance and delivery quality through metrics and governance • Prepare executive reports and communicate status to senior leadership • Anticipate risks and lead mitigation actions to ensure sustainable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary programs • Strategic mindset with analytical thinking and result orientation • Excellent communication and influencing skills at executive levels • Decision-making ability in dynamic environments • Collaborative leadership with an impact orientation • Advanced stakeholder management in complex corporate environments (preferred) • Negotiation and conflict management techniques (preferred) • Data analysis knowledge applied to decision-making (preferred) • Experience in agile environments and organizational transformation (preferred)
