📋 Description

• Keep multiple client projects running smoothly from start to finish across different industries • Act as the direct link between clients and the team, keeping everyone aligned on goals, timelines, and updates • Train annotation teams and keep them organized, accountable, and focused on maintaining high-quality work • Catch client concerns and internal bottlenecks early and solve them before deadlines are affected • Identify opportunities for additional client support, scope expansions, and add-on services that drive account growth

🎯 Requirements

• C1 level English and Ukrainian, both written and spoken • 2+ years of hands-on project and client management experience within B2B tech services • A clear system for balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities without losing focus • Proven ability to lead a team, keep morale high, and get people aligned around shared goals • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust, handle difficult conversations smoothly, and maintain long-term client relationships • High adaptability, a strong sense of ownership, and a proactive drive to keep improving how we work
