📋 Description

• Provide quality support to clients and consultants • Support clients telephonically and via email as the primary point of contact • Onboard new consultants through training and signoffs • Further develop consultants by managing the LAP process within the region • Ensure appointments are booked efficiently, considering area focus and type of work • Minimize the administrative burden on the Labour Law team • Secure, develop, and maintain client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• B-Degree in IR/Law/HR/Industrial psychology or related field • At least 1 years’ experience in IR within LabourNet • Experience in facilitating training would be advantageous • Customer-first mindset • Ability to provide client and consultant support telephonically and via email • Ability to onboard, train, and develop consultants • Ability to manage the LAP process • Ability to efficiently book appointments with area focus and type of work in mind • Ability to minimize administrative burden • Ability to secure, develop, and maintain client relationships
