• Respond to customers across all brand communication channels, always aligned with our tone of voice and brand positioning; • Understand customers' needs and strive to resolve issues quickly and efficiently; • When necessary, escalate or route inquiries to other departments within the company; • Contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Own laptop or computer and a reliable internet connection; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Contracted as a PJ (independent contractor); • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM; • Must reside in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil; • Previous experience with chat support; • Be proactive, organized, and committed.
