📋 Description
• Assist case managers with member outreach, including scheduling appointments, conducting assessments, referrals, and providing educational materials • Organize meeting schedules, training sessions, and project timelines • Extract, analyze, and report on data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency • Ensure all necessary regulatory reports and documentation are prepared on time
🎯 Requirements
• Associate degree, Administrative Assistant certification, or equivalent experience • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Care Management or Managed Care settings • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Spanish; Korean is a plus
