📋 Description

• Drafting pleadings and procedural documents at all stages of judicial proceedings, including administrative proceedings • Participating in and representing at hearings • Responding to legal inquiries • Maintaining client contact to build long-term relationships • Updating the internal case management system

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (completed) • Active OAB registration • Experience in labor law • Experience working with the transportation sector is a plus • Courses and/or postgraduate specialization in labor law are considered a plus • Familiarity with the ADVWIN+ system is considered a plus
