📋 Description

• Drafting procedural documents and pleadings at all judicial stages, including administrative proceedings • Attending and conducting hearings • Responding to legal inquiries • Client contact to build and maintain long-term relationships • Updating internal case management system

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree • Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association) • Experience in labor/employment law • Postgraduate studies or specialized courses in labor law are a plus • Knowledge of the ADVWIN+ system is a plus • Availability to work on-site in Belo Horizonte, Brazil
