📋 Description

• Handle civil litigation matters, with a focus on financial institutions. • Conduct negotiations of bank debts and negotiate judicial and out-of-court settlements. • Draft court pleadings and legal submissions. • Perform strategic case analysis and define legal arguments. • Participate in hearings and settlement negotiations. • Monitor court deadlines and case progress. • Support the development of strategies to reduce liabilities and close cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association). • Postgraduate studies in progress or completed. • Experience in strategic civil litigation. • Experience negotiating bank debts and settlement agreements. • Experience working with financial institutions. • Knowledge of legal case management systems (Advwin is a plus). • Strong ability to draft court pleadings and legal documents.
