📋 Description

• Conduct analyses and issue legal opinions on tax matters, interpreting applicable legislation and jurisprudence • Represent clients in administrative and judicial proceedings related to tax matters • Prepare defenses and appeals in tax proceedings to protect clients' interests • Deliver oral arguments and manage court hearings/bench conferences • Negotiate with public agencies and tax authorities on tax matters • Advise and assist the legal team on complex tax issues, providing technical and strategic support • Review team-prepared materials, including pleadings, client communications, and presentations • Hold meetings and presentations for clients, explaining tax issues and the strategies adopted • Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and jurisprudence, always seeking the best solutions for clients • Participate in events, seminars, and courses related to tax law to improve knowledge and skills • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize clients' tax burden within legal limits

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) • Active OAB registration • Minimum 4 years of experience in tax law • Experience working with mass contracts or large-volume contract portfolios • Knowledge of ADVWIN+ will be considered a plus • Availability to work on a hybrid in-office basis in Belo Horizonte
