📋 Description
• Own the end-to-end user experience for your product area, from discovery to launch • Design beautiful, intuitive interfaces that delight and drive results • Turn complex problems into simple, elegant solutions • Set and uphold the highest standards for usability and visual design • Lead user research to uncover real needs and pain points • Rapidly prototype and test concepts with real users • Analyze usage and feedback to inform design decisions and iterate • Work closely with product managers to align design with business goals • Partner with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation • Champion design thinking across the organization • Move fast without sacrificing quality
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years as a UI/UX or Product Designer at consumer-focused companies • Portfolio showcasing shipped products that drove meaningful business results • Experience with user research, prototyping, UI/UX design, and usability testing • Startup experience preferred - you thrive in fast-paced, high-agency environments
