📋 Description

• Solve our clients’ most complex business problems: Work closely with experienced team members to understand client needs, learn their business processes, and contribute to the development of data-driven digital solutions. • Implement best practice data solutions: Collaborate with technical experts and experienced consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes, while developing your ability to understand and communicate business requirements. • Contribute to internal Laminar data initiatives: Help us become more data-driven by supporting the development of internal digital tools that improve how we operate. • Support the productisation of client solutions: Implement scalable digital solutions that can be adapted across different clients and sectors. • Follow and help improve our processes: Learn our ways of working, bring a fresh perspective, and help identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree educated in one of the following: Engineering, Surveying, Project Management, or similar. • 2+ years experience in the engineering/construction of large capital projects (>USD 100m). • Great communication skills, able to translate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to a wide variety of audiences. • Demonstrable passion for digital transformation and improving the delivery of Capital Projects, with the curiosity to learn the latest digital tools and processes across project life cycle. • Have an analytical mindset and approach problems in a data-driven way. • Experience implementing and improving data and digital solutions across an organisation or large project. • Consultancy experience. • Product Management/Software development experience. • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI). • Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, Azure).
