• Manage the e-commerce communication calendar, ensuring the planning, execution and monitoring of campaigns. • Serve as the main interface between E-commerce, Marketing, CRM, Content, Design and other partner teams to ensure actions are executed on schedule. • Prepare and follow up on campaign briefs, aligning business objectives, target audience, strategy and deliverables. • Ensure content is published and updated on the website, guaranteeing quality, consistency and adherence to the commercial calendar. • Monitor and analyze campaign results, tracking metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion rate, revenue, average session duration and other digital performance KPIs. • Produce daily brand performance reports, consolidating metrics and generating insights for continuous optimization. • Identify opportunities to improve communication and the customer journey, proposing data-driven actions. • Act with a strong sense of ownership, ensuring excellence in execution and alignment across all involved teams.
• Previous experience in e-commerce and/or fashion e-commerce • Analytical profile with experience monitoring and interpreting digital performance metrics. • Excellent communication and the ability to build relationships with different departments. • Organization, ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands. • Knowledge of the VTEX platform. • Experience with web analytics tools, such as GA4. • Familiarity with CRM, A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). • **Profile we're looking for** • Sense of ownership and proactivity. • Organized and detail-oriented. • Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with different stakeholders. • Creative, collaborative and results-oriented. • Ability to make data-driven decisions and propose continuous improvements.
