📋 Description

• Create and develop trade marketing materials, including: point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, banners, signage, posters, totems, store signage and in-store assets. • Develop key visuals and extensions/adaptations for commercial campaigns, seasonal promotions and product launches. • Adapt layouts for different formats, channels and partners (retail and wholesale), ensuring visual consistency. • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Trade teams to understand objectives, audiences and project requirements. • Prepare final print-ready files and, when necessary, coordinate technical adjustments with vendors. • Organize and maintain file libraries, templates and trade marketing visual standards. • Ensure all assets comply with the brand book and the brand's visual guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in design focused on trade marketing, retail or branding. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign). • Knowledge of print production processes and file prepress/packaging for production. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple requests simultaneously. • Strategic eye for visual communication and brand experience at the point of sale. • Organized, detail-oriented and strong communication skills for effective teamwork. • Experience creating materials for large retail chains. • Basic knowledge of motion design or video editing. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira or similar).
