• Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business models, strategic goals, and operational challenges. • Gathering, analysing, and documenting customer requirements and presenting tailored technical solutions. • Collaborating with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to propose and deliver bespoke solutions. • Supporting delivery activities including onboarding, documentation, training, and post‑implementation support. • Maintaining expert knowledge of the mortgage valuation, property, and surveying sectors, monitoring relevant market and regulatory trends. • Providing internal enablement, escalating support for complex queries, and driving continuous improvement across processes and service delivery.
• Experience within the property, mortgage valuation, lending or surveying sectors. • Proven experience delivering bespoke technical solutions, including requirements capture, delivery support, and training. • Strong analytical, project management, and consultative selling skills. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels. • Ability to collaborate across teams and foster strong working relationships internally and externally. • A customer-focused, innovative approach with a drive for continuous improvement.
