📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Full-Stack features across the platform • Build scalable backend services using Python • Develop modern frontend applications with React and Next.js • Collaborate closely with the Head of AI and other senior engineers • Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making • Take ownership of features from design through production • Work in a fast-paced environment where requirements evolve alongside the product

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial Software Engineering experience • Strong expertise in Python development • Strong commercial experience with React and Next.js • Solid knowledge of TypeScript • Experience building scalable Full-Stack applications • Ability to work effectively with evolving requirements and limited documentation • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to software development • Experience collaborating closely with technical stakeholders and engineering leadership • Upper-Intermediate English or higher • Nice to Have: Experience building AI-powered products or automation platforms • Familiarity with modern AI tools, LLM integrations, or agent-based systems • Experience working in Healthcare projects • Experience participating in architecture and technical design discussions
