📋 Description

• Design and implement backend services for processing and structuring financial and rights data (compositions, writers, royalties, payments) • Build and maintain data pipelines using Snowflake and DBT (views, caching, snapshots) • Develop full-stack features with React + TypeScript on the frontend side (~30% of work) • Collaborate with the accounting team to understand data flows and translate manual processes into automated solutions • Clarify requirements independently and build proofs of concept to validate functionality • Own features end-to-end — from requirements to production — in a greenfield environment with an evolving roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend development experience, Python is a must • React + TypeScript for frontend work • AWS (Lambda, S3, or similar services) + Terraform • Snowflake or comparable data warehouse experience • DBT or similar data transformation tooling • Strong understanding of data modeling and pipeline architecture • **Nice-to-have** • Experience in fintech, music/media, or royalties/rights management domains • Familiarity with financial data processing and reporting • Experience building in greenfield / 0-to-1 environments • **Soft skills** • High ownership and accountability — comfortable driving features independently • Operates well under ambiguity without a fully defined roadmap • Strong communication skills for requirements clarification and stakeholder alignment • Proactive POC mindset: demonstrates functionality early rather than waiting for perfect specs
