• Own the development, maintenance, and governance of all official client-facing sales collateral and presentations • Ensure materials clearly articulate LanguageLine’s value proposition, differentiation, and outcomes at each stage of the buyer journey • Proactively audit collateral libraries to identify gaps, redundancies, and outdated materials • Partner closely with the Manager, Sales Excellence to ensure collateral aligns with sales methodology and talk tracks • Translate product and marketing messaging into seller-ready stories, slides, and supporting assets
• 5+ years of experience developing and managing client-facing sales collateral or sales enablement materials • Strong writing, storytelling, and messaging skills for B2B audiences • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise or complex sales environments • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously • Familiarity with CMS and digital asset management tools
