📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers from onboarding through ongoing engagements • Guide onboarding and migration projects, including environment setup, private infrastructure and networking, database migrations, and more • Provide consultative technical guidance on best practices, deployment workflows, and application performance within managed infrastructure • Contribute to and leverage internal tooling to proactively monitor and address customer health and usage • Review key metrics to address risks before they become issues • Own bespoke challenges end-to-end, addressing real-time client needs and acquiring new skills to resolve complex issues • Create and document client-ready materials such as professional emails, written guides, and presentations • Advocate for customers internally by relaying product feedback and bespoke needs to Product and Engineering leadership • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as their go-to technical advisor • Own customer communication through technical onboarding, go-live, and scale-up activities • Occasionally make code-level recommendations and contribute to internal tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of client-facing experience, directly engaging with clients across advisory, implementation, or ongoing operational cadences • Experience with Laravel, the framework, in a personal or professional capacity • Technical literacy of general web application constructs (frontend, backend, database, cache, object storage, asset bundling, etc.) and relevant cloud infrastructure/deployment strategies (compute, networking, storage, security, etc.) • Working knowledge of the commercial and technical tradeoffs of Cloud technologies, including concepts such as serverless, autoscaling, networking/bandwidth, databases, and other related concepts • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Based in APAC timezones • Experience in a client-facing role, including management consulting, investment banking, technical account management, sales engineering, or related roles • Experience leading or directly supporting implementation, migration, or cutover efforts impacting production workloads • Experience writing code that has made it to production, including side/hobby projects • Experience working in a startup environment, in SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS companies • Personal or professional experience with cloud deployment platforms such as AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, Laravel Forge, Laravel Vapor, Heroku, Vercel, or Railway • Side projects or contributions to open source projects
