• Own the systems, data, and processes that power go-to-market motion • Work directly with GTM leadership team to transform operations • Architect the revenue engine using tools like HubSpot, Omni, and Gong • Build proper data structure and automation in HubSpot • Ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and other GTM tools • Implement AI tools across GTM stack • Build reporting infrastructure for key business drivers • Create dashboards in Omni Analytics for sales, marketing, and leadership • Implement forecasting models and pipeline analytics • Design and implement new scalable processes and programs • Optimize seller productivity through better tools, workflows, and insights • Document processes and create training materials for the team
• 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role • You've owned the implementation of HubSpot or Salesforce from start to finish • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to design, document, and drive adoption of new workflows • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards • Excellent communication skills—you can translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Self-starter who thrives with guidance but doesn't need hand-holding • ***Bonus Points*** • SQL knowledge for analytics and reporting • Experience with AI tools and integrating them into GTM operations • Prior experience in developer tools, SaaS, or technical products • Familiarity with Gong, Omni Analytics, or similar tools
