📋 Description

• Develop, facilitate, and reinforce sales training programs for Remote Sales organization • Analyze training effectiveness and sales performance trends • Support onboarding and ongoing development initiatives through virtual facilitation, coaching, and content creation • Partner closely with Remote Sales leadership to identify performance gaps and coaching opportunities • Design and develop scalable sales training materials and resources • Coordinate training schedules, logistics, attendance tracking, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree preferred • Minimum 3+ years of high-performing sales experience and/or direct sales training experience • Experience supporting remote or virtual sales teams • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills • Experience developing training materials and learning content • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Strong Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office proficiency • Ability to analyze sales trends and training efficacy data • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-accountability sales environment.
