📋 Description

• Edit client video testimonials from raw footage into clean, branded final cuts ready for the site and social • Turn self-shot and conference footage into short-form social clips with captions, lower thirds, and brand elements applied • Maintain a consistent visual and audio quality standard across all LatamCent video content • Manage the video asset library so footage is organized and easy to pull from • Post finished content across LatamCent social channels and track basic performance (if applicable)

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years editing video content professionally, with a portfolio showing short-form and testimonial work • Strong command of at least one professional editing tool (CapCut Pro, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar) • Ability to take unstructured raw footage and make editorial decisions independently • Reliable async communicator who can manage their own output without hand-holding • B2-level English or better for captions, on-screen text, and context accuracy
