📋 Description

• Design visually compelling interiors for short-term rental properties • Create photography-driven spaces balancing luxury aesthetics and functionality • Develop original design concepts for each property • Adapt designs to regional styles, guest demographics, and property goals • Produce mood boards, concept presentations, Pinterest inspiration boards, floor plans, and 2D renderings • Execute room layouts and design plans using professional interior design software • Work from architectural plans, Matterport scans, and existing layouts • Develop cohesive design stories across multiple rooms • Partner with leadership throughout the design process • Balance creative vision with operational needs of short-term rental properties • Incorporate feedback while maintaining design integrity and attention to detail

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional interior design experience • Previous experience designing short-term rentals, hospitality spaces, boutique hotels, or vacation properties highly preferred • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, spatial planning, and visual storytelling required • Applications without a portfolio will not be considered • Comfortable developing original concepts with minimal direction • Experience using professional interior design tools such as DesignFiles or similar platforms • Experience with rendering software • Experience with floor planning software • Experience with visual presentation and mood board tools • Understanding of what makes short-term rental properties successful • Familiarity with guest flow, functional layouts, and listing photography • Highly detail-oriented • Organized and self-motivated • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative and receptive to feedback • Passionate about creating exceptional spaces
