📋 Description
• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through resolution, including negotiation, settlement, and trial preparation. • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and other court filings. • Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, gather information, and ensure excellent client service. • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. • Participate in mediations, depositions, and court hearings. • Collaborate with investigators, medical professionals, and experts to build strong cases. • Maintain detailed case documentation and adhere to all deadlines and ethical requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• Active North Carolina Bar license in good standing (required). • 1–3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in personal injury, civil litigation, or insurance defense.
