📋 Description

• Gather and document business and functional requirements • Translate business needs into clear, structured technical product requirements • Lead customer discussions and analyze customer business processes • Break down complex business flows into logical product controls and rules • Validate system outputs and identify inconsistencies, issues, and logic gaps • Support internal product UAT and testing cycles • Maintain documentation for requirements, product features, and product guides • Support internal knowledge sharing and product training materials • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Solicit product feedback and extract use cases for new product opportunities • Understand products and communicate relevant details to stakeholders • Work with Pre-Sales to support product compliance and identify product enhancements • Transform business needs into technical requirements and prioritize across products with shared engineering support • Support product documentation, including product descriptions, roadmaps, requirements, GUI wireframes, design documents, and marketing materials • Stay updated on fintech and AML technology trends through relevant forums and market research • Collaborate with engineering on product development, operations on project implementation, and customers on business analysis and product training • Report to the Product Management Director in the Technology Business Unit

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in the Mobile Money and/or Fintech industry required • Experience working with or for Mobile Money Providers (MNO), Fintech, and/or Banks required • Experience within the telecom industry, Revenue Assurance, or Fraud Management preferred • Experience with AML, Risk Scoring, Transaction Monitoring, SAR/STR is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to understand systems, products, workflows, and data relationships • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal • Fluent French is a plus • Clear, structured communication skills to explain complex ideas simply • Confident presentation skills for internal and external audiences • Ability to ask effective questions, clarify requirements, and communicate with technical and business teams • Strong ownership of assigned tasks • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams • Experience or familiarity with databases, including MongoDB and relational databases • Experience working with a globally distributed team • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
