• Lead, coach and support a team of 6-8 SMB Account Executives • Onboard new AEs and mentor experienced team members • Drive performance through regular coaching, pipeline reviews, and skills development focused on HRIS and Talent Management solutions • Plan and lead team meetings and training sessions to foster engagement and learning • Build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture—ideally working in close proximity to our SF and NYC office hubs
• 2–3 years of SaaS sales management experience with a proven record of success • 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience; sales experience in HR Tech (HRIS, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.) is required • Familiarity selling into the 50 -500 employee segment • Experience with structured sales methodology (CoM, Sandler, etc.) • Experience launching or supporting new product go-to-market initiatives is preferred • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment; we move fast! • Commitment to Lattice’s mission and values
