⢠Own the development, execution and performance of Launchmetrics' global content and social media strategy ⢠Shape and oversee the editorial and social media calendars ⢠Act as the final editorial gatekeeper, reviewing and approving content ⢠Author and lead the development of pillarstone and thought leadership content ⢠Orchestrate the execution of content initiatives ⢠Consolidate and analyze performance data ⢠Partner with stakeholders across the marketing team and cross-functionally ⢠Embed AI tools and workflows to maximize productivity ⢠Lead and develop the Content team
⢠8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial or communications ⢠Strong strategic mindset ⢠Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills ⢠Deep understanding of social platforms and audience engagement strategies ⢠Strong understanding of the Fashion, Lifestyle and Beauty industries ⢠Solid understanding of SEO/AEO principles ⢠Familiar with AI tools ⢠Extra Credit: Background in B2B or SaaS/tech is a plus
