📋 Description

• Proactively source candidates using outreach tools, social media, and creative sourcing strategies • Conduct HR screening calls and assess candidate fit for open roles • Manage candidate pipelines and keep records up to date • Collaborate with teammates and communicate with clients and candidates • Meet weekly activity targets and monthly placement goals • Share ideas, flag issues early, and contribute to team improvements • Drive placements from first outreach to signed offer

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English; hard requirement for conducting calls, writing outreach, and communicating with US professionals • 0-3 years of experience in any outbound or client-facing role, such as sales, customer success, account management, or recruiting; recruiting experience is a plus but not required • Availability for team syncs and client calls during US Pacific Time hours, with overlap until at least 3 PM PT (San Francisco time) • Proactive approach and initiative • Strong sense of ownership • Coachable and curious attitude • Results-oriented approach • Collaborative working style
