📋 Description

• Proactively source candidates using outreach tools, social media, X-ray, Boolean search, and creative sourcing strategies • Build and manage outbound talent pipelines for multiple open roles • Conduct initial candidate outreach and qualify interest and fit before handing candidates to recruiters • Maintain accurate candidate records, pipelines, and sourcing notes • Collaborate with recruiters and communicate candidate quality and pipeline health • Meet weekly sourcing activity targets and pipeline goals • Share ideas, flag issues early, and contribute to team improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English; hard requirement for conducting calls, writing outreach, and communicating with US professionals daily • Proactive, with initiative and ownership of searches and candidates • Coachable and curious; receptive to feedback and willing to learn • Results-focused on pipeline quality and outcomes • Collaborative and easy to work with • 0–3 years of experience in any outbound, research, or client-facing role; sales development, research, recruiting, or sourcing experience is a plus but not required • Availability for team syncs and client calls during US Pacific Time hours, with overlap until at least 3 PM PT (San Francisco time)
