📋 Description

• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients 2–3 days per week • Handle 10–12 brief consultations per day via Zoom or phone • Assess case viability, recommend legal strategies, quote fees • Work with in-house team to convert consultations into new clients • Consultations are scheduled and initiated by in-house call center team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years practicing immigration law • At least 5 years of direct client consultation experience • Licensed and in good standing in any U.S. state • Confident, compassionate communicator who can build trust quickly • Proficient in Zoom/video conferencing and VOIP systems • Comfortable working with CRM/case management tools (we use Lali Law CRM)
