📋 Description

• Deliver insights and reports that influence product prioritization, assessments, and business recommendations • Partner with product managers, researchers, and business stakeholders • Model and analyze marketplace data, including A/B tests and multivariate models • Identify gaps, insights, optimizations, and drivers of key metrics • Create and maintain trusted, organized, actionable reporting systems and dashboards • Develop clean, documented datasets and models in the data warehouse using dbt • Define, document, and standardize metrics across teams • Enable stakeholder self-service through reports, datasets, documentation, and training • Nurture a data-driven culture across the company • Work primarily on the Pro/supply side of the marketplace

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced SQL • Intermediate Python or R • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate modeling • Experience with retention or ETA analysis • Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting systems • Experience building clean, documented datasets and models in a data warehouse • Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar • Ability to work autonomously as a trusted thought partner • Strong business understanding connecting analysis to product, customers, and financials • English resume required; applications without it will not be considered
