📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound warm calls (approx. 200+ weekly). • Handle calls lasting 6–15 minutes to close new customers, explain LawnStarter’s services, and upsell recurring plans. • Meet and exceed sales metrics and quality standards. • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with U.S. customers. • Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold data protection policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Desktop/laptop with camera (Core i5, 8GB RAM minimum), dual monitors, noise-canceling headset • Stable Ethernet connection (50mbps for download and 25mbps for upload) • Backup internet connection with the same speed requirement (e.g. mobile data or secondary ISP) • Backup power source (e.g. UPS or generator) in case of power interruptions • Noise-canceling headset or headphones with a microphone • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions

🏖️ Benefits

• Base Pay: ₱ 41,360.00/month • Performance Incentives: ₱ 9,000–37,000/month • Total Potential Pay: ₱ 50,360–78,360/month • Statutory benefits(SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th month pay, taxes) • 13th month pay and night differential as mandated by DOLE • Work from the comfort of your own home
