📋 Description

• Design and grow E2E and integration test suites using Cypress • Set automation strategy, prioritize coverage gaps, and improve platform-wide coverage • Own the full bug lifecycle from triage through production fix • Keep stakeholders informed and ensure issues are resolved • Collaborate with PMs, Designers, and the Data team to review requirements and identify risks early • Define quality completion criteria and what “done” means • Identify weaknesses in software delivery and implement process improvements • Perform exploratory testing of new features and existing web and mobile flows across devices • Explore AI tools and new testing approaches to improve quality operations • Partner across engineering teams to make quality proactive and prevent customer-facing problems • Report to the Engineering Manager and work across the engineering organization

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using AI tools like Claude Code to write, maintain, and extend test code • Comfort with browser MCPs, agent workflows, and building scripts that automate QA tasks • Automation-first approach and experience building durable test infrastructure • Customer-focused testing mindset • Adaptability to evolving tools, stacks, processes, and AI-assisted software development • Collaboration across Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations • Ability to read and write code • Understanding of front-end and back-end web services • Ability to write meaningful SQL queries • Ability to debug issues across the stack • Experience with Cypress, PHP (Laravel), React, and/or React Native testing ecosystems • Willingness to perform exploratory testing across web and mobile devices • Ability to own automated test coverage, bug lifecycle, and quality process improvements
