📋 Description

• Handle civil litigation matters involving aviation law. • Develop procedural strategies and draft legal documents both in-house and for the client. • Analyze supporting information and documents to determine the defense strategy. • Update legal case management systems. • Monitor proceedings and meet deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, with an active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) license. • Solid experience in civil litigation. • Knowledge of consumer law. • Experience drafting procedural documents, including answers to complaints, appeals, motions, and judgment enforcement filings. • Experience managing a high-volume caseload. • Preferred: Experience with aviation law. • Excellent legal writing skills. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Strong organizational and deadline-management skills. • Ability to make decisions quickly. • Proactive profile with a strong sense of priorities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team and receive feedback. • Commitment to technical quality and meeting targets. • Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, time-management and workflow-optimization skills.
