📋 Description

• Assist lawyers with activities related to credit recovery. • Prepare reports and email communications. • Update spreadsheets, systems, and internal controls. • Support the preparation and organization of legal documents and case information. • Assist in negotiations related to credit recovery. • Contact clients when necessary. • Support the analysis and organization of information for case tracking. • Use Generative Artificial Intelligence tools to support team activities. • Perform other administrative and operational tasks related to credit recovery.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Open to law students in their 4th or 5th year or law graduates (candidates must not hold OAB registration). • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel. • Knowledge of Python is a plus. • Knowledge of Cloud solutions is a plus. • Familiarity with Generative Artificial Intelligence tools. • Knowledge of Canva is a plus. • Experience using legal or management systems. • Skills and competencies: Analytical and organized profile. Strong verbal and written communication. Proactive with a sense of priorities. Comfortable working with large volumes of information. Logical reasoning and attention to detail. Able to work well in a team and support lawyers.
