📋 Description

• Assist lawyers in carrying out activities related to credit recovery. • Prepare reports and email communications. • Update spreadsheets, systems, and internal controls. • Support the preparation and organization of legal documents and case information. • Assist in negotiations related to credit recovery. • Contact clients when necessary. • Support the analysis and organization of information to monitor cases. • Use Generative Artificial Intelligence tools to support the department's activities. • Perform other administrative and operational tasks related to credit recovery.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: • - Position for law students in the 4th or 5th year, or Bachelor of Laws (applicants must not hold OAB registration - mandatory). • Tools and knowledge: • - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel. • - Knowledge of Python is a plus. • - Knowledge of cloud solutions is a plus. • - Familiarity with Generative AI tools. • - Knowledge of Canva is a plus. • - Experience using legal or management systems. • Skills and competencies: • - Analytical and organized profile. • - Strong verbal and written communication skills. • - Proactive with a sense of priorities. • - Ability to work with large volumes of information. • - Logical reasoning and attention to detail. • - Ability to work in a team and provide support to lawyers.
