• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement effective legal strategies for labor cases, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. • Team Management: Supervise the team by providing guidance, training, and ongoing support. Ensure the team is aligned with the firm's objectives. • Client Service: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services. • Legal Analysis: Review and analyze complex labor law cases, providing strategic opinions and innovative solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Attorney with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Proven experience in labor law in leadership positions, representing employers (defendant side); • Experience in high-volume labor litigation; • Leadership and team management skills; • Proficiency in oral and written communication; • Results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet targets and objectives; • Strategic mindset and ability to think innovatively, including regarding AI technologies; • Law degree, with specialization in Labor Law and Labor Procedure.
