📋 Description

• You oversee all of your client projects and take responsibility for lead cost and lead quality • You independently conduct client calls and onboardings and handle ongoing communication • You act as the interface between the client project, video editing, creative production, tracking, copywriting, etc. — you coordinate the other involved teams and ensure everything runs smoothly • When issues arise, you roll up your sleeves and take on tasks outside your core area

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in lead generation via performance marketing with direct budget responsibility and client contact • At least basic knowledge in graphic design, video editing, web design, tracking, copywriting, and working with AI • You are driven by our clients' success and give it your all • You maintain oversight even in stressful situations • You enjoy client contact and create space for constructive exchange • You use numbers, data, and facts as the basis for setting strategic direction • Full commitment and strong motivation to develop professionally every day • Strong self-reflection — you learn independently and quickly from your mistakes • Strong affinity for social media — you recognize trends and know how to apply them smartly in daily business • Excellent, error-free German, both written and spoken
