📋 Description

• Identify acquisition bottlenecks through data and turn them into prioritised, fast experiments • Use AI to accelerate discovery — synthesising user signals, analysing patterns, and forming hypotheses faster than a traditional research cycle allows • Run A/B tests on pricing, conversion flows and UX with clear hypotheses and honest readouts • Build automated workflows that scale your acquisition efforts without scaling headcount • Define and track the metrics that matter and know which ones are vanity • Translate user behaviour into product and UX decisions that move conversion

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable operating in small and dynamic team • 5+ years as a Product Manager in a growth or acquisition-focused role • You're comfortable using AI as part of how you work whether that's for research, drafting, analysis, or problem-solving. You're always looking for new ways to leverage it and focus your energy where it matters most. • Strong analytical foundation: comfortable pulling and interpreting your own data • Familiar with analytics and tracking tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, Databriks • Clear, structured communicator who can align stakeholders on commercial impact • Optional: background in engineering or a heavy maker mindset you speak the language of engineering
