📋 Description

• Build and maintain the core multiplatform AI-powered document system serving hundreds of thousands of users monthly • Own features end-to-end from idea through production • Develop React frontends and Node.js/Express backends using PostgreSQL • Instrument features, measure impact, gather user feedback, and iterate or discontinue features based on findings • Design and orchestrate agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, and MCP protocols • Integrate LLMs into product features through prompt chains, tool calling, and function execution • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership to shape the product roadmap • Build, maintain, and extend automation pipelines • Connect automation pipelines with AI agents, external APIs, webhooks, and GCP cloud services

🎯 Requirements

• Python fluency and proficiency for rapid prototyping • 2–5 years of full-stack experience in a high-output team • Deep TypeScript and React proficiency, including Hooks, Context API, Vite, and Shadcn UI • Backend experience with Node.js, Express, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL • Product ownership mindset and ability to ship end-to-end • Ability to distinguish good and bad UX and provide examples • Experience with AI-native tooling, agents, MCP, and agentic orchestration patterns • Experience building guardrails for AI agents • Self-driven and business-aware approach focused on solving real problems and improving metrics • Bonus: production LLM experience, prompt tuning, RAG pipelines, vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate, or agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI • Bonus: familiarity with LLM observability tools such as Langfuse or LangSmith and cloud platforms such as GCP • Bonus: familiarity with MCP, A2A, new models, and developer tooling
