• Oversee all aspects of IT asset lifecycle management, software licensing, and procurement operations • Manage comprehensive software license inventory and compliance program • Conduct regular software license audits and reconciliation • Maintain accurate inventory of all IT hardware assets across global locations • Develop and manage IT procurement processes and vendor relationships • Track IT spending and provide regular budget variance reporting • Implement and manage asset management and procurement systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field • 5+ years of experience in IT asset management and procurement • Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements • Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management • Knowledge of IT hardware lifecycle management and asset tracking • Proficiency with asset management tools and systems.
