• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business • Ensure optimal performance, security, and user experience for our global workforce of 1,300+ employees • Manage email flow, sharing policies, and account configurations • Monitor service health metrics and implement backup solutions • Provide Tier 3 escalation support and train helpdesk staff on troubleshooting procedures • Implement compliance measures and support audits • Develop automation scripts to streamline processes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration • 3+ years of experience with Exchange Online administration • Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams architecture • Experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 automation • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) preferred • Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate (MS-203) preferred • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) preferred • Experience with Microsoft 365 in regulated industries (gaming, financial services, healthcare) preferred • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred
